Norway Hall has been a cherished landmark in the heart of downtown Duluth since the early 1900s and served various roles through the years—from a lively local dance hall to a beloved Swedish restaurant and a bustling Ballroom Dance Studio. Under new ownership in 2018, a local designer was brought in, working closely with a Norwegian representative to ensure the preservation and homage to Norwegian heritage. The careful restoration not only maintained the building’s historical essence but also breathed new life into its architectural character.
